The Sauna
Step inside our sculpted cedar Finnish sauna and feel the world soften. Rooted in centuries of Nordic tradition, our authentic Finnish sauna uses dry heat and steam — called löyly — to draw tension from the body and quiet the mind. Temperatures rise to a purifying 180°F, encouraging deep relaxation, improved circulation, and a profound sense of calm. The Cold Plunge
